BBC Raised branding
Challenge
We were tasked with creating logos and accompanying collateral to support the launch of the BBC’s new staff network, Raised.
Raised is focused on diversity within the BBC, to encourage participation from all backgrounds – as such, we needed to create a brand logo that captured an inclusive message, while keeping with the BBC’s strict guidelines.
There would be little copy, so each design needed to work from a purely visual standpoint.
Solution
The brief was fairly vague and open – so before we began design, we undertook our own research into existing staff networks within the BBC.
Ultimately, our designers crafted a range of options for the BBC, including: logos, colourways, posters, templates, banners, email signatures and an intranet page.
